Yes.

On the bottom right Paypal gives you the option to ‘Pay By A Credit Card’. Look for it under the login information.

I wish to subscribe to the 2011 draft preview via my credit card but PayPal keeps popping up. Last year I was able to e-mail by credit card info and make the purchase. Can I do so again?
